A Visual Guide to AC Spare Parts in Goa

Many customers find it easier to recognise a part from a photo than from its technical name. This gallery shows the main categories of AC spare parts in Goa that customers enquire about at Kamran Refrigeration, along with tips on what to photograph when you send us an enquiry.

How to Photograph a Part for an Enquiry

  • Switch off power to the AC before touching any component
  • Take one photo showing the whole part and one close-up of any label, sticker or printed number
  • For PCBs, photograph both sides of the board, keeping the board number in focus
  • For capacitors and motors, make sure the ratings printed on the body are readable
  • Include a photo of the AC model sticker on the indoor or outdoor unit

What Each Category Looks Like

Compressors are heavy black or grey cylinders in the outdoor unit with copper pipes attached. Capacitors are small metal or plastic cans with two to four terminals, usually mounted near the compressor. Fan motors drive the outdoor fan blade and the indoor blower wheel. Cooling coils are blocks of thin metal fins with copper tubes running through them. PCBs are green or blue circuit boards in the indoor unit or outdoor electrical box. Sensors are small probes on thin wires clipped to the coil or placed in the airflow. Contactors are rectangular switches in the outdoor unit, and copper pipes connect the indoor and outdoor units.
